Results are for tasks; teams are processes. Telling them apart is

The slide between scales.
The map is not the territory, and a one-to-one map is no longer a
map. Simple enough to reason with, dense enough to be true.

I travel the extremes to discover the gradient in between.

I have a favourite tool: kindness.
You don't need fifty million ways to withstand bitterness, hardness,
coldness, ignorance and anger. Your one internal kindness will
resolve, dissolve, and find answers to n+1 of them.

I can't recall them, they don't work with my associations, they're
not evolved from my thinking. I tried the shortcut; it sucked, and
not because everybody says so. Go the long way, let luck wait for

I treat mine as a maintainer, as a caring guardian: not as a
policeman, a judge, or an overlord. I expect others to do the same.

Human relationships and human trust bring better products, better
society, better future. Human-first, data-driven.

We still stand on the good side and fight the evil side, regardless
of whether God exists or not.
Values are never frozen in amber. They evolve along with the world and
me, and they exist to guide me, not make me.
